Jake Mataya - Flat Track

The first Minnesotan in quite a while to follow the Grand National circuit, Jake has qualified
for several mains. He qualified for 6 main events in 2008 with his best finish being a 9th at
the Topeka Half Mile. He qualified for the Springfield Mile on his first try, something very
few riders have been able to do. Along with Kevin Anderson, he was doing very well in the Ice
Flat Track series (not a series that is included in the Hall qualifications yet), during the
winter of 2008/2009, as he prepares for the 2009 season.
